To not share your user information/password with any one else (including members of family, company, law firm, case managers, etc.)
While a case is open, you will keep all information you learn through Commission process confidential until the Commission closes the case or issues an investigator's report and publishes a case on the commission hearing agenda
Even after a case is closed, you will keep the names of third-parties confidential
Agree to promptly advise the Commission if your contact information changes
Cooperate fully with the Commission's processes in accordance with agency statutes, rules, and procedures
